This clip art is free for all to use. It was created by Mr. Furukawa of Yokohama, Japan. A graphic designer by trade, 15 years ago a motorcycle accident rendered him a quadriplegic. He maintained some feeling in his hands, and ever since, he has designed this clip art free of charge.
